PART 6: WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN...
If the appliance is not working as it should, prior to calling an authorised service centre, read the instructions
below, which will help you remedy the most common problems with the appliance. However, should the
problem persist or you are unable to remedy it yourself, immediately turn the appliance off , disconnect it from
the power socket and contact an authorised service centre.
Under no condition should you repair the appliance yourself.
MALFUNCTION
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The appliance is not
working.
The appliance is not connected to the electrical power grid.
The appliance is turned off .
The circuit breaker is activated or the fuse is burned.
The appliance is not
cooling.
Check the temperature settings.
The temperature of the outside environment is too high.
The doors are opened too frequently.
The doors are not properly shut.
The door gasket seals are not sealing properly.
The appliance turns on
and off often.
The temperature in the room is higher than normal.
A large amount of food was placed in the appliance.
The doors are opened too frequently.
The doors are not properly shut.
The temperature controller is not set properly.
The door gasket seals are not sealing properly.
The lights are not
working.
The appliance is not connected to the electrical power grid.
The circuit breaker is activated or the fuse is burned.
The light bulb broke.
The light is switched off .
Vibrations.
Ensure that the appliance is correctly levelled.
The appliance is too
loud.
The rattling sound may be caused by the fl owing coolant. This is normal.
At the end of each cycle you will hear a bubbling sound caused by the fl owing
coolant.
The contraction and expansion of the internal walls may cause a cracking or
popping sound.
The appliance is not levelled.
The doors are not closing
properly.
The appliance is not levelled.
The door opening direction change was performed incorrectly.
The gasket seal is dirty.
The racks are incorrectly located.
