Problem with the door
lock

The door is not properly shut.

Shut the door properly and turn
it on again.

Contact a service centre if the problem persists.

E10

Problem with the water
inlet during a wash

The water inlet is not open or the
water is fl owing too slowly.
The water inlet fi lter is clogged.
The supply hose is twisted.
Water supply was not cut off .

Open the water inlet or wait until
the water pressure returns to
normal.
Check the water inlet fi lter.
Straighten the supply hose.
Check in other rooms whether
water is running.

Contact a service centre if the problem persists.

Problem with draining
water during a wash

The drain hose is clogged
or twisted.
The pump is clogged.

Wash and straighten out the drain
hose.
Clean out the pump fi lter.

Contact a service centre if the problem persists.

If a diff erent problem occurs, please contact an authorised service centre.
