• After fi nishing adding or removing laundry, close the door of the washing machine and press the Start/
Pause button.
• Once the door is locked the washing machine will resume washing.
•
The symbol will light up on the electronic display.
Child safety lock
To prevent accidentally changing a program when a button is pressed or the selector is turned during the wash,
there is a child lock. Activate the child lock by pressing and holding down the additional function buttons rapid
wash and easy ironing for at least 3 seconds.
After it is activated the symbol lights up on the electronic display.
If you press any button while the child lock is activated, the symbol will light up on the electronic display.
If during the course of any program and while the child lock is activated you select another program, after
turning the program selector to position 0, the currently running program will be renewed.
Deactivate the child lock by pressing the same buttons and holding them down for at least 3 seconds. As soon
as the child lock is deactivated the symbol
on the electronic display will turn off .
Cancelling a program
If you want to cancel a program that is running:
•
Switch the program selector to 0.
• The washing machine will stop the program and cancel it.
• You can get rid of the water in the washing machine by switching the program selector to any program.
• The washing machine will carry out the necessary draining of water and cancel the program.
• You can start the washing machine by selecting a new program.
