Your washing machine is equipped with a system, which during the washing process continually monitors the
correct progress and in the case of any malfunction takes the necessary remedy measures and will at the same
time inform you about the malfunction.
Error code Possible cause Solution
E01 Open washing machine door. Close the washing machine door. If the
problem continues, turn off the washing
machine, disconnect it from the power
socket and immediately contact the nearest
authorised service centre.
E02 The pump is damaged, the
pump fi lter is clogged or the
pump electronics are not work-
ing. Clean out the pump fi lter.
If the problem persists, contact your nearest
authorised service centre.
E03 Low water pressure or there is
not enough water in the drum
of the washing machine. Clean out the pump fi lter.
If the problem persists, contact your nearest
authorised service centre. (*)
E04 There is an excessive amount of
water in the washing machine. Close the door.
If the problem persists, contact your nearest
authorised service centre.
