PART 6: MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
x Disconnect the washing machine from the power socket.
x Shut off the water inlet.
Attention!
The washing machine and its components could be damaged if you use agents containing solvents. Do not
use washing detergents or fabric softeners containing solvents.
Water inlet fi lters
There are fi lters connected to the hose ends at the tap end and at the end of the inlet valves, which prevent dirt
and foreign materials contained in water from entering the washing machine. If the washing machine is not
fi lling up with a suffi
cient amount of water despite the water inlet being open then clean these fi lters.
x Disconnect the supply hose.
x Using tweezers take the fi lters out of the inlet valves and clean them with a brush.
x Using your hand, take out the fi lters on the supply hoses at the end connected to the tap together with
the seals and clean them.
x After cleaning the fi lters, put them back in the same way.
Pump fi lter
The pump fi ltration system extends the life of the pump, which is used for draining dirty water. It ensures that
lint from the laundry does not enter the pump. We recommend you clean the pump fi lter every 2-3 months.
Clean the pump fi lter as follows:
x Open the kick plate cover by pulling on the handle.
x Before opening the fi lter cover, place a container in front of it, into which the water remaining
in the washing machine will fl ow.
x Loosen the fi lter cover by turning it anticlockwise and drain the water.
x Remove all foreign material from the fi lter.
x Check by hand that the pump rotates
