Error codes
FILTER
Check the fi lter.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The pump is damaged, the pump fi lter is clogged or the pump electronics are
not working.
SOLUTION
- The pump fi lter may be clogged.
- Clean out the pump fi lter. (**)
- The drain hose may be clogged or bent.
- Check the drain hose.
- If the problem persists, contact your nearest authorised service centre.
Error codes
WASHING MACHINE OVERFLO-
WED
Shut off the water inlet.
POSSIBLE CAUSE There is an excessive amount of water in the washing machine.
SOLUTION
The washing machine will automatically drain this water.
After draining the water, turn off the washing machine and disconnect it from
the power socket. Shut off the water inlet and contact your nearest author-
ised service centre.
Error codes
POWER SUPPLY
Power supply outage.
POSSIBLE CAUSE The power supply is too high or too low.
SOLUTION
The problem may be in the power supply to the washing machine, check that
you have connected the washing machine to a properly grounded power
socket. Measure the input voltage in your home. If you have eliminated
a power supply defect, disconnect the power cord from the mains socket
outlet and contact your nearest authorised service centre.
