1. Turn
the
function selection dial and select "Def".
2. Turn
the
DEFROST/TIMESETTING dial to set the defrosting time.
3. Press
the
START/RESET button.
Automatic cooking
For this function it is necessary to select a type of food and its weight, after which the power and heating time
will be set automatically.
Example: heating 400g of fi sh
1. Repeatedly press the Auto Menu button until "A-07" appears on the display.
2. Turn
the
DEFROST/TIMESETTING dial to set the weight to "400g"..
3. Press
the
START/RESET button.
