Configuration of SMS at no Answer
What is necessary:
external station
setting in the "SMS" tab in Properties
These SMSs are used for information on missed calls. The condition for sending them is
the correct configuration of the "SMS" tab in the "Properties" tab at one of the cascade
levels and call routing via GSM port. A typical configuration is shown on
.
Figure 12
Here you can see that the configuration is divided in two parts. The first part
represents configuration for SMS sent by the PBX to the counterparty when call
initiated by an internal or external station of the PBX with these settings is not
answered or is rejected. The second part of configuration is used for notification about
a missed or rejected call of the external station from PBX, which was initiated over
GSM network.
Individual messages can be permitted or banned. It is also possible to have both active
at the same time, as shown on
. If both messages were to be sent at the

same time the message for sending SMS in the event of a non-answered incoming call
has priority (the first part of configuration). By default, only the settings for sending
SMS in the event of a non-answered outgoing call (the second part of configuration)
are active. SMS is always sent via GSM port, over which the unsuccessful attempt was
made.
Very useful is the possibility to use the strings %n and %c, which are used for caller
identification. The string %c provides for inclusion of the caller's number (CLIP) and the
string %n is used to include the name, as specified in the respective telephone book.
