Setting and blocking of the thermostat roller (pict. 8)
In the holes of the roller of the thermostat, the removable backstops are placed, by
which means you can set temperature precisely or you can define setting of tem-
perature limit between 2 temperatures precisely.
Setting on maximum temperature
Switch- off the unit. Loosen the convector from the hang frame. Loosen 1 removable
backstop from the roller of the thermostat. Turn the roller of the thermostat and set
it precisely on the required maximum temperature. Push in the backstop into the hole
marked with index "M". Turn the roller of the thermostat back into the position *,
the roller must turn free.
Setting of temperature limit between 2 temperatures
Carry out the setting on maximum temperature according to the previous paragraph. Switch- off the unit. Loosen the convector
from the hang frame. Loosen 2 removable backstops from the roller of the thermostat. Turn the roller of the thermostat and set
it precisely on the required minimum temperature of the limit. Push in the backstop into the hole placed to the left of the
index "F". The roller must turn free between set temperatures
Blocking of turning
Switch- off the unit. Loosen the convector from the hang frame. Loosen removable backstop from the roller of the thermostat.
Turn the roller of the thermostat and set it precisely on the required temperature. Push in the backstop into the hole marked
with index "F". The roller will be blocked.
Calibration
To ensure trouble- free temperature control, the thermostat must be set according to the following procedure. Place the ther-
mometer to the centre of the room in the height 1,2m over the floor. (Windows, as well as doors are closed). Switch over into
the position on. Set the roller of the thermostat on maximum. As soon as the required temperature in the room is reached, e.
g. the thermometer shows 20°C, please, turn the roller back slowly, until it turns off the light indication of the heating. After
setting the temperature, the thermostat will automatically keep the temperature in the room by sequent switching on and switch
off the convector.
Convector switch- off
If you want to switch- off the convector without the handling of the thermostat setting, switch over into position 0.
Convector dismounting
Before loosening the convector from the hang frame, switch over in the position- off. If an outside pilot conductor is used, it
must be also switched off from the electric power supply. With use of screwdriver, loosen safety locks of the hang frame.
Disconnect the feeder cable from the box on the wall. Lift the convector vertically upwards that it can be loosened from the
hang frame.
