Turn the dial to select the required cooking function. More information further in the
user's manual.

Temperature dial
After selecting a respective function turn the temperature dial to the respective temperature
and the oven will start (the timer needs to be set if it is available). The temperature dial
indicator light will be lit depending on operation.
