d) Regulation
•
Thermostats with a floor probe installed in the heating part of the
floor, with at least 30 cm within the heated area, must be used for
the thermal regulation of rooms heated using heating circuits/
mats.
•
Place the floor probe of the thermostat as close to the surface of
the floor as possible. The probe is placed into a conduit whose end
blocked to prevent ingress of building materials.
•
In the case of direct-heating applications, the conduit is placed
between the loops of the heating cable, in the centre of a loop. The
conduit mustn’t touch or cross the heating cable!
•
The radius of the bend of the conduit between the wall and the
floor must be executed in such a way that the probe can be ex-
changed if needed! The recommended minimum bend radius is

cm.
•
The thermostat must be set to the mode: Room + floor tempera-
ture limit or Floor.
•
The maximum allowed floor temperature setting (if the datasheet
for the covering used doesn’t state a lower value):
27°C - rooms which are used for longer periods
35°C - rooms used for shorter periods, with floor tiling
e) Accelerating the warming of heating floors
FOR HEATING MAT LAID IN A CONCRETE LAYER
•
Wait at least 4–6 weeks after installation before putting the mat
into operation, so that the concrete will be set fully.
•
On the first day, set the temperature of the floor to be the same as
the temperature in the room (maximum 18°C).
d) Regulace
•
K regulaci místností vytápěných topnými okruhy/rohožemi je
nutné použít termostaty s podlahovou sondou instalovanou
v topné části podlahy, min. 30cm v topné ploše.
•
Podlahovou sondu termostatu klademe co nejblíže povrchu podla-
hy. Sonda se umísuje do instalační trubky, která je na konci
ucpána proti vtoku stavebních hmot.
•
U přímotopných aplikací se instalační trubka umísuje mezi
smyčky topného kabelu, ve středu smyčky. Instalační trubka se
nesmí dotýkat, křížit s topným kabelem!
•
Poloměr ohybu instalační trubky mezi stěnou a podlahou musí být
proveden tak, aby bylo možné sondu v případě potřeby vyměnit!
Doporučený minimální poloměr ohybu 6cm.
•
Termostat musí být nastaven v režimu: Prostor + limit teploty
podlahy nebo Podlaha.
•
Maximální dovolené nastavení teploty podlahy (pokud technický
list použité krytiny neuvádí nižší hodnotu):
27°C - dlouhodobě obývané místnosti
35°C - krátkodobě obývané místnosti s dlažbou
e) Náběhy topných podlah
ULOŽENÍ VE VRSTVĚ BETONU
•
Topná podlaha se uvádí do provozu až po řádném vytvrdnutí
betonu po 4–6 týdnech.
•
První den nastavit teplotu podlahy shodnou s teplotou v místnosti
(maximálně 18°C).
