PART 11: WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN...
If your refrigerator is not working.
 Has a power outage occurred?
 Is the power plug properly inserted into the power socket?
 Has the fuse of the socket to which the refrigerator is connected burned or has the circuit breaker been
deactivated?
 Is the power socket in order? To check this, connect the refrigerator to a socket which you know works.
Control system warnings
If the temperatures set for the refrigerator and the freezer are not appropriately selected or there is a problem
with the appliance, the appliance will inform you about it. Warning codes appear on the refrigerator and
freezer temperature setting displays.
If the edges of the outer surface of the refrigerator are hot in the location
of the door seals.
 Especially in the summer months (in hot weather) the outer surface of the refrigerator, which is in contact
with the door seal may heat up when the compressor is running. This is completely normal.
If there is moisture on the internal part of the refrigerator.
 Is the food properly wrapped? Did you dry containers before placing them inside the refrigerator?
NOTE:
The noise of the coolant fl owing in the circuit cannot be removed.
Under no circumstances is it possible to make technical type changes or attempts at repairs yourself.
Are you opening the refrigerator door too often? When the door is opened humidity contained in the room
enters the refrigerator. Particularly when the humidity in the room is very high, the more often you open the
door, the faster the moisture will form.
 After the automatic defrosting process it is normal for water drops to form on the rear wall (on static models).
If a door does not open and close properly.
 Is there any food packaging preventing the door from closing?
 Are the trays in the door, shelves and drawers properly located?
 Is the door seal damaged?
 Is the refrigerator standing on an even surface?
